Entasis
The subtle convex curvature applied to a column — the correction that makes it appear perfectly straight. Precision that produces apparent perfection.
We build the precision underneath.
/ Manifesto
The internet used to be a place where people showed up as themselves.
Tools had personality. Problems required creativity. Participation meant something because it cost something. We traded that for ease and speed. Everything got smoother and blander at the same time. Even the tools we use to build things stopped feeling like ours.
We are not an AI lab.
We are a modern data integration and reasoning lab. AI is a lens. Data is the substance. Humans are still the point. We create tools that augment how you think instead of replacing your thinking. Infrastructure that makes data legible and actionable, not outsourced. Software that has a point of view, because the people who built it had one.
Computation can be structured, observable, and interpretable.
Whether over code, knowledge, or thought — the machinery should be visible. Real people want AI to power them, not replace them. We build the exoskeleton, not the autopilot.
/ Instruments
Attractor Vector Encoding Configuration
A take on OCEAN — the Big Five of psychology — applied to AI context. Maps reasoning posture across four dimensions: Stability, Logic, Friction, and Autonomy. The coordinate system everything else speaks.
Spatio-Temporal Transfer Protocol
The typed intermediate representation for cognition. Enables agent-to-agent quasi-deterministic communication and verification through structure. Keeps what remains true — not just what was said.
instrumenta →Adaptive Codec Context
Models codebases as living systems. Quantifies stability, logic density, friction, and autonomy across every node in a dimensional graph. Actionable intelligence delivered directly in your editor.
instrumenta →Design Meaning Context
STTP's companion for group reasoning. Runs studies across different AVEC profiles to surface emergent meaning from multi-participant sessions. Where STTP keeps what remains true, DMC surfaces what was meant.
In Development/ The Stack
Six instruments. One coherent system. Each layer stands on its own — and becomes something more when composed.
/ Origin
The first engineer here taught himself SQL from an Excel spreadsheet someone handed him in an auto parts store. Before that, he’d pointed a homemade antenna at the sky from a rooftop in Mexico until he found a signal — because the rules for how to get the thing were something you could learn if you looked hard enough. Every instrument here was built the same way. Out of frustration. Out of needing something that didn’t exist yet. Not from a research agenda. From a signal worth chasing.

/ Paradigm
AI is not an omniscient oracle. It is a stateless machine operating on biases and structure provided by its creators, computing knowledge into a digital format humans can observe, interact with, and improve.
The name changed. The work did not.
The instruments are open. The protocols are documented.
Come build with the machinery visible.
